The Snap! menu (that includes 'about', the manual, etc) should include a link to release notes. Or the 'About' dialog should link to the release notes.
And I wonder if there is a way to (subtly) indicate that the release has changed since the user last started Snap!
If you are talking about the editor then the page title is changed once a new release becomes published currently.
Yes but I almost never see the whole title. This is typical that only if I hover the mouse over the tab do I see the version number:
perhaps the title should be "Snap! 6.14 Build Your Own Blocks"
