This opens up many additional ideas in the field of media computation with images. For example, how about creating your own graphic effects , such as a negative effect that inverts all colors?
Have you heard of dithering ? It’s a technique among other things used in graphics design that uses only a few colors (in this case, a single shade of green) to create the illusion of greater color depth (here, a “green-scale” effect using differently sized green dots).
Or how about generating your own personalized version of Georg Nees’ famous artwork Schotter ?
It would be nice if you could share the code used to achieve the demonstration of these effects, since especially that an

Also, isn’t there already a negative graphic effect?
