correction:

it enlarges the pixels in paint.net, and it help using the pencil tool since it just draws 1 pixel
and it also has the history window that helps show what you have done
no blur here, just the normal pixels, the brush tool makes invisible transparency until you zoom in

left is alonzo vector right is bitmap alonzo
scratch:

left is scratch cat vector right is bitmap scratch cat
look closely and the vector scratch cat is slightly blurred on the ends (on larger sizes than 200%)

Yes, I don't like bitmaps because they are blurry.
