2 simple rules:
- if the current pixel is white: charge the color to blue, turn 90 degrees clockwise and move 1 pixel in this direction
- if the current pixel is blue: charge the color to white, turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise and move 1 pixel in this direction

It's stuck in a loop like it's diagonally increasing.
This should not happen in normal Langton's ant because as of 10,000 it will start to loop.
