Keep items such that begin with a vowel

How can I keep the items that begin with a vowel? I've tried many ways and haven't been able to get it to work.
I keep running into issues like this

Hi @mnconnor,
Your problem is in the use of "contains" block. Inputs are in the wrong order. Your condition must be "(list of vowels) contains (first letter of ( ))"

Why do you use the flat design?
