There should be a way to export individual custom blocks except all of them at once. I hope the creator will implement this feature soon.
File > Export blocks... > Right-click > none > Select which block(s) you want to export
Glad this was solved, I have seen users wondering about this before, it comes up a lot! I like features like this within Snap, I think Scratch should definitely do something similar.
