In the block editor, placing a block to the very right side cause weird things

I found a bug.
In the block editor, when you place a block to the very right side (you have to move the block editor to the very right side) and type in an input (where the input is at the very right side) a scroll will appear and a weird text box appears when you drag the scroll bar. Please fix.

It's not a bug, it's how they were able to get inputs working on mobile.
