this is custom blocks project but I did not save with the name sirhopsalot's place in fact I didn't save this project at all I have never seen it.
to be honest, I think I've seen that project name before. And if you don't want the project, you can just delete it.

I created a block in Snap! Build Your Own Blocks that does that, you must have ran it;~; sorry for the confusion. To anyone who has this it was the project most likely.
