I can't get to the homepage!

every time i try to get to the homepage, it gives me security errors, saying i have to enable extra security on my browser to get there, and the connection is not secure
i tried it on chrome and Firefox, and it still gives me the same error

i hope not, but it seems that way considering it won't work on multiple browsers
