You can read the manual. Just click the snap logo, then click reference manual.
If it looks too overwhelming, don't worry, I haven't read it myself. You can just play around with the editor, dragging blocks out, and clicking them to see what they do, and then putting them together to run more stuff. To run things when you click the green flag, just attach blocks under the "when flag clicked" block.
