How to use the serial port library

im kinda new to snap and have an arduino board i want to mess around with but could i communicate with 2 computers connected on the same wifi and how can i use the library because i have tried to use it but i can't figure it out.

Serial Ports seems to not work anymore

It works for me... This simple Arduino sketch responds with the letter next to the received one. Tested on ESP8266.

were do i get the join input list: block?
