How to make a topic even if I have a draft?

It's a little nuisance if I just had a draft and I had to delete/discard the draft just to create a topic. Is there is a way to bypass that? I'm just lazy to finish my drafts and I had to discard them.

What I do:

  1. So I create a topic
  2. I did not have enough time to finish
  3. I save that as a draft
  4. Then when I come back, I'm not here to finish my draft instead I'm making another topic
  5. Then, there's no "Create Topic" option, only the button to open the draft

Maybe is it just me or there's no way to fix this problem?

Yeah, that's kind of annoying, but you can open the draft and then delete it.
