How to make a pull-down menu?

i've watched the reference manual that shows that you can do a pull-down menu, BUT HOW DO YOU DO IT??????

(or right click on the background it does the same thing as clicking on the gear button)

if you want to get a list of the current sounds or sprites in the dropdown, you can hover your mouse over "menu" after right-clicking and choose a menu type

in what way does it not work? are you entering one option per line in the input slot options?

you need to right click on the same background the gear icon is located. right-clicking on the background does the exact same thing as clicking on the gear icon.
