How to go to specific page in user manual using url

after a quick google search, I found out you can go to a certain page in a pdf just by adding

#page=<page number>

to the pdf url, like the user manual. (e.g. https://snap.berkeley.edu/snap/help/SnapManual.pdf#page=28 )

I just thought this would be useful for directing people to a certain page in the user manual.
