I was not able to provide input to the Condition block. And I don't know how the define block works. So I am confused. I am trying to create a do-while function.
Welcome to the forum!
There is a block in the “Iteration, composition” library. Libraries can be imported through the File menu.
You can define a block through “+” in the leftmost window, or right-click any empty space within the code edit window, then select make a block
.
You can also define a block through . However that is meant to be used from a program, and it’s not very well documented (IMAO), so it takes some time to understand how to do this.
Thanks! Can you tell me what file menu you are talking about?
Yeah, makes sense. I've been struggling with this block for many hours and there isn't even help written about it.
Thanks I spotted the libiraries.
The File menu is selected by pressing the “piece of paper” left of the project name, near the top of the screen.
If you want to learn all about Snap!, you may want to read the Reference Manual. There is a button referring to it on the Snap! home page, mid-right. It’s not completely up-to-date, as it matches version 8, whereas version 10 is current. Still, it’s really useful.
Thank you very very much for your time and patience.
