I don't know the heck to use this site, I'm moving here since Scratch is a Dumpster fire at the moment, and my entire life is ruined because of that. Like how do I import and paint costumes and such? How do I share projects?
nevermind scratch fixed itself, But still please tell me how to use this site, I want to eventually upload something here

Snap! is an advanced version of Scratch, written entirely from scratch (with its own code). Snap! is highly similar to Scratch in the way that it works with blocks.
To create costumes, you can use the "Costumes" tab and press the 
button.
To import your own costumes, you can go to 
> Open... or drag and drop anything you have.
To share your projects, save it, select it (in Open... or Save...), and press Share and Publish.
Aka it uses its own code and its code base is not based on scratch 
rewritten
