How do I make it so that a project is impossible to see what's inside?

I don't think that is permitted. It says this in the TOS:

Anything you share is available to other users for any purpose, including the sharing of modified versions of your projects.

It also says this in the FAQ:

the AGPL requires that if you build a program that includes Snap! , you have to make your program available under the terms of the AGPL. In particular, you have to let anyone have access to your source code.

So that means that it is against the rules to make your projects closed-source.
