How do I make a custom block category?

What's problem you are encountering?
I can't seem to make a custom category for my blocks.

What have you tried that didn't work?
I tried basically everything from right clicking on the blank space in the category menu all the way to pressing the create new block button and right clicking in the category menu there.

1. Click the file button
   

2. Select the "New category" option in the menu
   

3.Give a name and a color to your new category (if you left-click on the square, it will show up a color palette, but if you right-click on it, you can change the color by giving rbg values)
