You cannot, and shouldn't use html with snap. You also usually never need to use javascript in snap.

Not really - since Snap! purely functions off of JavaScript, you can't really do much with adding HTML.

Snap! is a programming language in its own right. You should dig into Snap! itself rather than try to turn it into something else. As a starting point, from the Snap! editor's taskbar you can choose 
>Open>Examples for a collection of sample projects.
Welcome to the Snap! forums! Since HTML is a markup language, it is not used to make programs, meaning this wouldn't be possible.
