Help with Making custom translations for UI

I want to translate Snap! to Tagalog, since I live in the Philippines, but I ran into some issues:

Custom Language Appearing in English:

Custom Language showing as Euskara while in other langauges (this might not matter, but the changes are: using copied Netherland's dict.nl in locale.js and using a copied lang_eu):

Some parts of the menu don't work.

Using "Flat Design" gives me this error:

Is there an official way to make Translations in Snap!, or a proper way to do it? Please help!

Attached is the current development code base for Snap! (formerly known as BYOB4).
It consists of several JavaScript, HTML and text files, and while some of it may
be functional most parts will be in flux and subject to frequent, even fundamental
modifications. This document lays out a few simple guidelines ensuring that
collaborative code contribution works out.


## Coding

Please check your code frequently with JSLint, either at JSlint.com or
via a locally installed jslint.

For our Snap code set JSLint's settings to:

* assume a browser
* tolerate missing 'use strict' pragma
