If you need to communicate with us in an emergency, such as the Snap! site being down, posting on the forum is not as good as sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the site is up (or you connect to a mirror site) but you can't log in, that means our cloud server is down too. Report that by email also.
This seems counterintuitive because email is a one-way medium so it doesn't have the conversational feeling of some other channels, but we do get notified when email comes in.
