Exporting to a standalone HTML file

I'm trying to export my project to an HTML and JavaScript page such as the Termux Packager does with Scratch.

Is this possible with Snap?

it might be possible, but nobody has created a program to do it, so you might be out of luck right now.

Correction: Turbowarp Packager not Termux.
