Dragging a smart script while in the Libraries menu adds all the categories

Steps to replicate:

1. Get a smart script downloaded or on the side from another page or Google Search.
   
   
2. On the IDE page, open the Libraries menu.
   
   
3. Drag the smart script from the other page into the IDE.
   
   
4. Let go and the categories will be imported, but not the blocks.

??? That's very interesting. I could see someone finding a similar bug that adds the blocks too, not just the categories.
