Are you talking about on the community site? Because that is the only snap page that doesn't have dark mode.
In the editor, just don't turn on flat design. Non-flat design is tab and dark mode.
In the forum, click your profile picture in the top right corner. Then click on the last button to the right (the person icon), then click on preferences. In preferences, go to the interface tab and change the theme to the dark theme.
... but yes, we should add that, we know. We agree. Don't hold your breath.™
solution: drag snap's costume editor palette out of Run Snap! and fill everything with gray tones.
