Custom C Blocks & Drop Down Menu Inputs

Hi! I'm new to Snap. I came from Scratch, so I don't know much about Snap's big features.

Question 1:

One time, I tried making a c block that said "while <>" I got confused, and ended up putting the text on the bottom. Can I have help?

Question 2:

Another time, I wanted to make a drop down menu input. I tried all the inputs that Snap provided, but I couldn't find it. Can you make drop down menu inputs? If so, please tell me.

put while before the c-block input like

yes, right-click in the edit input dialog and you can see the drop-down menu options. You can also see page 45 of the manual.
