Well, the beauty of snap is that you can make all those blocks in snap itself.

You can cheat to get cap blocks by using the PRIMITIVE block in a custom block definition:

you forgot a move steps cap and maybe make the cap have a move steps predicate input

this block turns every block EXCEPT RINGS AND HATS’s category into motion and every block’s label from say, “new costume _ width _ height _” into “move _ _ _ steps”
