I've discovered how to use whatever this block is:
set [label V] of block (() @addInput) to []
And using it, I have turned the normal Snap! blocks into a chaotic mess.
... Knock yourself out.
By the way, you can use underscores _ for inputs, so they don't have to be at the end of the block.
