We've set this up for or 8 yr old and she likes it but it's never sent a confirmation code. We have to start from page 1 every time. I don't know what to do. Can you please help?

Hi! I'm sorry you're having this problem. Sometimes mail readers treat the validation email as spam. If you send the account username and the associated email address to contact@snap.berkeley.edu we'll fix it by hand.
