Can a block report the color under the Sprite?

RGB vector means a single input that's a list, so you would stick the RGBA AT block into the first input slot after the menu input.
Maybe there should be an RGB(A) option that takes separate values, but if you know the R,G,B,A values individually you don't need the color library.
