Clock idea

new idea for a clock

Nice. Having the hands be the numbers is kind of funny.

Best Snap! project this year - brilliant concept and execution

You are funny, hahaha

this is funny and I love it
we need more of this on snap

wow, this is really cool, and somehow the code isn't unecessarily complex! also, I would recomend saving all number costumes you need in a list beforehand, that would greatly increase the performance of the project.

like this:

Not by much, since it's already almost instant for me. And it's not like anyone is actually going to use this project to get the exact current second.

i'm sure it is, but it lags a ton and it looks like text is moving all over the place for me though.

it don't lag on my computer an on my phone

what kind of computer/os/browser do you have ?

win11, lags on both chrome and firefox

Runs perfectly fine for me

Yeah, I left it running for about fifteen minutes while I went and had lunch earlier, and it was still working fine at the time. It's really cool!

Easy to understand for both analog and digital watch lovers! It will revolutionize the world of clocks!

I love how even if hands overlap it remains readable!

Let me read what you're thinking about before testing the project... it's because at intervals it extracts the current time, instead of adding a second every second... so that if it ever goes behind in time it will still display the correct time.

Sure, but someone (Sathvikrias) above was saying it was lagging out their system. I didn't actually mean to run it for that long, but it happened anyway, if the code was lagging, the update would have lagged as well and there would have been a difference.

Maybe I looked after an update, but I watched it for about a minute on both ends (start and finish) and I would have seen something, but I didn't.
