But when I opened the block definition, I saw this:
I don't understand. I've always been able to import script pics with custom blocks (yes, IK, all blocks are custom now; but you know what I mean), and they haven't even been in definition form.
This works fine:

That's because brian didn't click apply before creating a script pic, so the script pic didn't include the code he added.
I feel like this should be fixed though, making the script pic get the visible definition from the editor instead of the saved definition, because currently it adds more confusion.
Oops! Sorry. I always forget that. Sometimes I even do it on purpose, e.g., when making a picture of a modification of a primitive that I don't really want to modify. :~)
