Can someone help

so basically var defined block doesnt work for some reason can you help?

go to file → libraries → catch errors for the actual error blocks
you missed this:

fixed it and made it work with scopes and in trycatch blocks
Alot of blocks script pic

2nd version with case sensitivity:
untitled script pic(7)

Although this version is less try-catch error prone, variables are case sensitive, so it may falsely report true. Also, it is O(n) , so might want to watch out for that

Here is the fixed one.

global variable definition script
global variable definition check 1
global variable definition check 2

Drag the <is variable [variable name] defined? :: variables> block into the editor, then the block will pop out.

Also, you didn’t know that the error didn’t reset after the try{ }except((error)){ }::control block. So you must put an extension [err_reset V] @verticalEllipsis @addInput block at the very bottom of the definition of that block.

So now it works, but it’s still O(N) time

The solution is pretty elegant, but might be a bit slow with a bunch of vars.

doesn’t the create variables library exist?
