After some careful testing, I have found out that your script is trying to load all the primitives as custom blocks instead of primitives. Yes, I know about the "blocks all the way" feature, but I have a feeling that may be the reason why no one is able to load your script. Can you try to make the block in a new project, theb re-export it (without enabling "blocks all the way")?

I figured out what happened sort of, snap was acting as if
i had BaTW on even though I didnt.
The latest dev version always uses blocks all the way down.
There's a reason for that warning you have to click OK on when you start the dev version! :~)
but why is it still a setting
You're looking at a dev version. Make complaints like this about release versions.
It should only show up when you shift click it, so it's not shown to the average user.
