Ball is only moving 1 way when poop=6685

I wan't the sprite to move both way.

this is the code for the ball to move both ways. what is wrong with the code and how do I get the ball to move both ways?

now when message=funck, sprite(4) is staying at 91,49 . why is it doing that? and sprite(4) is only moving and it's right.
