I actually don't know much about discourse plugin development, but @grahamsh does. They have been working on a snapblocks plugin, although I don't know the stasus of it, I only know they have done something, because they shared a screenshot on the snap wiki discord server (on February 4th).
I’ll keep working on this some time tonight or this weekend. I forgot about it for a bit (oops)
