When anyone is not too busy 
It would be nice to be able to sort in (preferably defaulting to with most recent first ) date order in the file dialog.
Every once in a while I get one of my colleagues to explain to me why it makes sense for us to reinvent the filesystem inside a database instead of using the fine filesystem that comes with Linux, which would allow you to organize your projects however you like, using the OS's tools. And they always do explain it, and sometimes I understand the explanation for an hour or so, then I forget again.
What I want is folders. But it's the same general idea.
