I have students that have verified accounts but keep getting login failed No user with this username exists? How do I fix this problem?
Hi, sorry about that problem. We just fixed a bug in the new cloud server, so please have your students try again and let us know if they still can't log in, including their usernames. Instead of posting them on the forum, you could email to contact@snap.berkeley.edu. Thanks!

Well, you can now follow users!
It's a complete rewrite. There aren't that many visible changes, but it will be easier for us to add features and fix bugs and all that.
