I don't know if you can include a message when you report a project, but I'd imagine if you flagged two or three projects a collection, the moderators would almost certainly look at the other projects in the collection as well
What if there are no projects in a collection?
I'm talking about the collection itself, like the title, thumbnail and description as factors as well

Ohh, for the longest time I thought you meant a reporter block that would report the current collections the project is in. You meant flagging collections.
Look at cloud.js and you will find the answer.
