Yes, this is a wierd request, this is my concept:
so, you can pin libraries, if you pin a library it will appear when you launch Snap!,
you can un-pin the library so it doesn't appear.
I know this request is really wierd, but I found really annoying putting the library every time I create a proyect or refresh the page.
Remember: this is just my opinion 
fair. I like this, but I think there should just be a seperate tab that's like "pinned libraries" or something.

maybe the pinned library moves to the "pinned libraries" tab
right, although in my suggestion the category selector would move to the side of the scripting area rather than the top so that more categories could be accomodated.
like in Scratch?
huh. I completely forgot about that. That wasn't the reason why, but I guess it would be kinda similar. Not the same though, because the snap category selector looks different.

You could (if and until this is implemented) create a project with your chosen libraries and then bookmark the URL for easy access.
Yes, I endorse this suggestion.
Honestly, though, if you include big libraries automatically you're just making your project bigger and slower.
