I have passed on Fish and Fall to the team. Jadga is out sick right now so our monthly meeting will be delayed. (Was supposed to happen later this week.)
I don't think we're likely to introduce users as official TOTM administrators; that would involve complicated technical arrangements about who has permission to edit what, among other concerns. But I passed that on, too. :~)
Halloween sounds like fun but also sounds like a moderation disaster in the making. So we'll have to see. And, right, we shouldn't be so US-centric.
