Seeing as we don't seem to be getting anywhere with block order and show method, I propose that we release the modified blocks in the next update (found here) and either deal with block visibility and order later, or not at all. But I think that the changes made to the blocks shouldn't be being held up by discussion and disagreements about how to display the blocks.
