Let me tell you a fact about browsers. If the user doesn't click on the FLAG then it won't count as a click so the browser does not allow sound to be played unless the user clicks on the page.
But even in the editor, after clicking, it still doesn't work
edit: It will count. clicking anywhere does make it enable sound
