Again I’ll only do the make a block one if you want it, otherwise I won’t
Yeah, I definitely want it!
I really like your lectures, by the way.
That was very helpful!
Well I’m working on it
Work is the best thing for a person!
Here you go! Snap! Build Your Own Blocks
I hope you like this interactive tutorial!
Again if you want one on first class lists I’d be happy to do so
This assumes you have read pages 40 to 42 and pages 59 to 61 of the snap manual. These pages give you the information on how to make custom blocks and how to make inputs
Without pictures this would be hard to understand that’s why you need the manual
You can see the manual here https://snap.berkeley.edu/snap/help/SnapManual.pdf#page40
Or like the input to a:
[scratchblocks]
define block (input)
[/scratchblocks]
by that, I mean how you drag it out.
Mhm (These are actually where scratch gets those from!)
I know
Okay! I have not read all of the manual yet, but I'll do it as soon as possible!
"Xor gate" can be made even Snappier, I think...
Woah.
Was it an "XOR" logic gate, or "XNOR" logic gate? Let me check my books. . . Nope, yeah, it's the "Exclusive OR gate" otherwise known as the "XOR" gate.
That was the simplest way I was able to check for the values, it really didn’t need to be more complex
No because I don’t think I really need them
what lessons?
p.s. scratch just went down
and then back up
Yeah, Scratch is really bad with their servers.
Well, sadly or sadly not, I need them. I use a book called "Digital Electronics: Principles & Applications" by Roger Tokheim. For my analog electronics, I use an EUDAX or Elenco electronic set. It really depends on what parts are needed.
