you have an image only about a new block that i wouldn't care about much and yet this is already immediately something i want, it's a really good and simple feature idea

Both missing features can be circumvented of course, by creating copies and deleting originals. Still, it would be much nicer if there were a convenient way to do it.
It's somewhat important in that empty inputs have a special meaning in the context of HOFs, so you can't get monadic − by just leaving the left input open, you have to put in an explicit 0. And the EDC project using Snap! to teach little kids arithmetic makes me care more about the UI of arithmetic than I might otherwise.
But I didn't mean to give the impression that that's all that stands in the way of reorderable palettes. Jens has been known to implement simpler versions of things I ask for!
