Can you add a setting to change the stage side from left to right?
For me, it’s easier to code on the right side and view the project on the left
It's been a long time since anyone asked this. 
Answer has always been no in the past (Even in Scratch 2 heyday) so I don't think it'll gain any traction in 2023

We've put some work into allowing extensions of Snap! to rearrange the user interface, making a different-from-ours but uniform UI for their users.
But we're less enthusiastic about per-user settings for Snap! itself:
