Clickable links are absolutely possible. They can create clones that just have a text costume and it saves the url that the original link was pointing to, and when the clone is clicked, it sends you to that url (in the project). Clickable links are actually pretty easy to make.
your not understanding. you still cant have a working webpage without js. some webpages have data that doesnt return to the url block
But that's a whole separate issue that I don't think they would want to bother making since they'd have to write an entire javascript engine in snap.
Running javasctipt has nothing to do with clickable links.
Also, there are actually some crazy people out there that browse the web without javascript.

Sure you can. My website has absolutely no JS (except for texCODE and texPROCESS), and it works just fine.
