Why is my checkmarks working for some text not the other text?

Sorry this is a lot, but I’m stuck on what to do. I’m trying to make a task manager and currently working on the checkoff function, so I need the check (Clones) to appear on the steps of the task (t1, t2, etc.)

I will gladly give more information where it is needed, this is my first time using this forum so sorry if this is too big of a question!
