I noticed that this happens to every project I have that is supposed to have " ' " in the title, the " ' " in the project title is not visible.
I think that is a glich

the ' doesn't show up in the url either. I think it has to do with urls not supporting the symbol.
Other symbols can be used in project titles and they are encoded with %nn.
