My student logs in, and it says that her log in is successful. But then it shows her not logged. The option under the cloud is Login, Setup etc... so she's not actually logged in. We are able to log into her account from other computers. Can you tell us what settings might need to be changed on her computer or browser for her to be able to log in successfully. She's using Chrome.
It sounds like that computer is set up (in the browser) to disallow cookies. Can that be it?
