The add post button on the top right of the screen is showing up for me, but not for someone else (newish to Snap).
Is there are reason for the difference?
They probably don't have high enough of a trust level yet to post topics
Your role on the forums is "Basic User".
When you are a Basic User, you can only post one topic, have the mods review it, and then get promoted for a higher level. Then the "Add Post" button should ALWAYS reappear for you.
It is also spam protection the admins added a while ago.
